Terms & Conditions

The rules of the Bidriot market. Last updated 27 August 2026.

1. What Bidriot is

Bidriot is a public ranking market. Listings are ordered by their verified bid total: the higher the total, the higher the rank. By submitting a listing, placing a bid or funding a wallet you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company or team, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What you are buying

A bid buys placement on the Bidriot leaderboard, not advertising elsewhere, not traffic, not conversions, and not a permanent position. Rank is relative: anyone may outbid you at any moment and your position can fall within seconds of a purchase. Bidriot makes no promise about how long a rank lasts or what results it produces.

3. How bidding works

4. Auto-Outbid

Auto-Outbid places bids on your behalf, server-side, when your chosen position is lost. You set a maximum total bid and a maximum additional spend; Bidriot will never exceed either. Automatic bidding also stops when your wallet balance is insufficient or when the platform's chain-depth limit is reached, which exists to prevent runaway bidding wars. Charges made within your configured limits are authorised by you and are not refundable on the basis that the automation acted while you were away.

5. Payments, wallet and refunds

6. Listing rules

You may not submit or bid on a listing that:

You are responsible for keeping the destination URL accurate and safe after approval.

7. Market integrity

You must not manipulate the market: no inflating clicks or impressions, no automated traffic against listing pages, no coordinated bidding designed to fake momentum or rivalries, no multiple accounts to bypass Auto-Outbid limits, no probing or bypassing of the pricing and reservation logic. Attempting to alter prices, ranks or bid records client-side is a breach of these Terms and may be reported.

8. Moderation

Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be rejected, suspended or removed at any time for breaching these Terms. Where a paid listing is removed for a breach you caused, the bid is not refunded. Where it is removed for our own reasons and it never ranked, we refund the amount paid. Moderation decisions are logged and can be appealed by contacting support.

9. Accounts and teams

You are responsible for activity under your account, including bids placed by team members you invite. Team Owners and Admins can spend from the team's listings and change Auto-Outbid limits; grant those roles carefully. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.

10. Guest bids and account claiming

You can bid before creating an account. We then create an account against the email you provided and send you a link to set a password so you can claim the listing and its bid. You are responsible for entering an email address you control; we cannot transfer a paid bid to a different address without proof of ownership.

11. Platform settings may change

Minimum bid, minimum increment, reservation hold time, currency, Auto-Outbid chain depth and the weighting of momentum scoring are platform settings we may adjust. Changes apply to future bids, never retroactively to a bid already paid.

12. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your listing content and grant Bidriot a licence to display it on the leaderboard, category pages, listing pages, social previews and platform communications. The Bidriot name, interface and ranking system remain ours.

13. Availability and liability

Bidriot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may briefly pause bidding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Bidriot in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic or lost rank.

14. Termination

You may stop using Bidriot and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, with remaining wallet balance refunded unless it is connected to fraud or chargeback abuse.

15. Changes and contact

We will post material changes to these Terms on this page and update the date above. Questions: support@bidriot.lol. See also our Privacy Policy.
